Ideal for your most important direct-hire needs. Our Top Priority! Typically, this Staffing Solution is reserved for a Key Leadership position, due to retirement, confidential vacancy, sensitive replacement, or other reasons. Customarily, we will be your exclusive, confidential recruiting resource.

To start the search – We require a contractual agreement, a clear understanding of the position requirements, and a good faith payment; usually one-third of the estimated total fee. Once our candidate accepts an Offer of Employment, another equal payment is due, and a final payment of the remaining balance is due upon the candidate’s start date. Guarantee of up to One-Year.


Engaged Search

For Mid-Management to Senior-level, or any other hard-to-fill position critical to your organization, this is an excellent Staffing Solution. As a High Priority, this takes precedence over contingency searches. It is recommended that we be your exclusive, confidential recruiting resource.

To start the search – We require a contractual agreement, a clear understanding of the position requirements, and a good faith payment; usually one-third of the estimated total fee. The remainder of our fee is due upon the candidate’s start date. Guarantee of up to 180 Days.     Start Search


Contingency Search

For Entry-level to Mid-Management and all other positions, this is a popular Staffing Solution when using multiple recruiting resources or the position does not require a retained search. Unless you hire one of our candidates, you never pay a fee.

To start the search – We require a contractual agreement and a clear understanding of the position requirements. There is no upfront financial obligation. Guarantee of up to 90 Days.
